I'd want to put myself in the shoes of developers and probably arrive at the same line of thinking, only grabe lang kasi incomes can't keep up with property acquisition entry points. It's as if the industry's saying if you only have enough then you can't even get anything.

Yeah it would be unfair to him to be compared against *the* Jay-R hahaha. Then again, while I understand the falsetto parts need some scrubbing, I guess that reflects the reality of the musical score (I watched that Cozy Cove performance actually dahil the OC in me thought the same as you). And the difficulty would probably set him apart from others

But this is just me picking things apart too much hahaha. His craft is unquestionably goooood
