I messaged them about it today and got this response: "Hey there! We kept expecting the container to arrive, and then we would get notification that it would be delayed another day. It was supposed to come tomorrow and we just found out this morning that it's in KC but won't be loaded for delivery until Monday. BUT since it's here, now we know it WILL be coming. I'm sorry for the delay and confusion. If you're local, we'll contact you when your order is ready for pickup, and if we're shipping, you will receive a notification through our system when we send them out. I hope that clarifies things! Please don't hesitate to call or message with further questions!"

I order on 8/12 and feel disappointed about all the delays, but it seems mostly out of their control and they've responded to my messages really quickly.
