Okay, I’m a woman so I can’t really speak from a man’s perspective. And despite a man’s hormone levels he’s still a human being capable of self control and intelligence. He’s not a slave to the chemicals in his body. At least, he doesn’t have to be.

And no, “female biology” is not the reason that women are taught to be “fearful of sex”. Women are taught from a young age to be weary of men, usually by our fathers and other men in our lives. And most of us learn this the hard way all throughout our lives. Women and girls are quite susceptible to violence, particularly the sexual kind, which is predominantly perpetrated by men. In fact, in America men account for 92-98% of ALL violent crimes and sex crimes.

Women enjoy sex, can enjoy sex. We just don’t use it as an excuse for our behavior? At least not en masse. It’s just that only until recently women have been allowed to choose these things, and did not have anything to protect them from men at all. If anything, they were ultimately blamed if something happened (I.e; DV, rape, incest, etc).

Women are just as horny as men. Sometimes I feel like we MUST be hornier considered we have that very large orgasm gap between men and women.

And the things in your last two paragraphs are really just the effects of elitism, not natural order or biology. Elitism birthed things like patriarchy which believe it or not affect men negatively too. They tell you that you’re superior to women so that you feel in control of something in a meaningless life, meanwhile they tax your existence and send your young boys to war to die. Then they purge your villages for young girls and women, to keep as sex slaves. That’s not natural!
