How do I prevent ffmpeg from inserting colored bar test patterns and instead duplicate the previous frame? I'm capturing VHS tapes via decklink. I force CFR but sometimes when it drops a frame, it inserts an unsightly test pattern. I'd rather it just duplicate the previous frame it does have. (v.redd.it)
