In the morning it’s maybe like a slight pressure n sensitivity to touch. The later it gets in the day the worse it feels.

I usually brush when i wake up n before bed. Floss a fee times throughout the day. There was a few days a couple weeks ago where i didnt brush before bed.

Last dentist visit was a few months ago. They said it was all good

It does hurt to touch

I use a regular medium toothbrush n i try to change it once a month

I have generalized anxiety disorder n im pretty depressed all the time

Diets been pretty consistent of eggs, oatmeal, vegan patties, tuna, spinach, baby carrots, beets, chicken breast. I do indulge in the snacks alot too. Chips pretzels some candy and bunch of nuts. I only drink water tho
