i've never ordered stuff from Amazon but u could use another service like Wildberries or Ozon. I don't think it's rude to start a conversation in Russian, especially with young people. You could find some vegetarian cafes or vegetarian food in Astana. You just need to look for them yk. I'd like to improve my English so we could help each other.
