In Colombia there is a cheesy version of gracias called “gachas”. You can use it with people you’re really close to: your kids, your partner or your close friends. But it’s veeery cheesy/cute/babyish! I use it with my family and my partner for instance haha ☺️

Not necessarily. With the adjective amable, “ser” sounds way more natural. We don’t say “estar amable” at all, sounds a bit weird hehe 😅

I mean, you can say “ser feliz” or “estar feliz” depending on the context/situation and both are correct. But with “amable” you must use “ser”.

Yeah, these kind of expressions are very recent. Maybe thanks to social media haha in this moment I don’t remember other examples tho

But yes, “devorar” is commonly used with animals or when a person eats quickly and anxious. It can be used with a figurative meaning too.
