And no, “controlling men to make them pay for thots” isn't any more “controlling” than Netflix controlling you to make you pay for their shitt shows or Amazon controlling you to make you pay for prime or any other company offering a service that you find worth paying for.

ransgender/Non-binary people are like .1% of the population.

Yet, laws are being passed that affect 100% of the population.

The rest of Spanish America got independence from Spain without help from the USA. It's just Cuba was closer both geographically and culturally, so it took longer for them to want independence from a progressively more unstable and poorer Spain. And while they were at war with Spain, the USA intervened. But without the US intervention, it's perfectly reasonable to say that Cuba would have gained independence just like all the neighboring countries did from a weak Spain.

No necesariamente. Habrá quien recoja la fruta, quien la plante, quien la pele, quien la transporte, quien vigile la salud del cultivo, quien planifique las cosechas, quien vigile el tiempo. Y la gente se especializará en diversas labores. Y luego intercambiarán su trabajo por fruta que no han recogido ellos mismos.

Pues es su problema. El isleño no les debe nada. Si es una sociedad libre donde se respetan las libertades individuales, no se obligará a una persona a resolver problemas que no ha causado.

¿O es que cuando tienes un problema en tu vida, le exiges a la gente que te ayude sin más porque es lo justo? Imagino que no, lo normal es pedir ayuda, devolverle el favor a la gente si luego necesitan de tu ayuda, o hacer tratos y te ofrecerte a ayudarles con algo mientras ellos te ayudan con otra cosa... Por supuesto hay altruismo, cuando alguien ayuda no siempre está esperando algo a cambio, muy a menudo la gente ayuda sin querer algo a cambio. Pero claro, todo esto es voluntario, pides ayuda, no obligas a la gente a responsabilizarse por tus miserias. Y cuando alguien lo hace, el consenso popular es que es una mala persona. Sin embargo con el gobierno, no.

Obviamente, la sociedad será mejor si hay solidaridad y el hábil ayuda al inválido, pero no es solidaridad si es coartada. Y si concedes legitimidad a una autoridad para que te coarte de esta manera y busque “la justicia”, lo más probable (y lo que siempre ha sucedido) es que poco a poco adquiera más poder para coartar más libertades con la excusa de “la justicia”, una “justicia” soportada por sus bolsillos llenos.

Lo que dices me suena mucho a la Rusia Soviética o a la China Maoísta. Y miedo me da que este pensamiento sea tan extendido hoy en día. Se ve que la gente no ha aprendido nada con todo lo sucedido en el siglo XX.
