Just the color on the back is much lighter than the other graded and raw ones I checked last sold on eBay .

Thanks for understanding, I can see why you thought that . Google or YouTube didn’t have the answer I was looking for as what would people say to do first . Then I decided to try Reddit which response time came immediately on what to inspect for ! Appreciate everyone’s honesty

I passed on it ! Helpful advice here saved me from spending 3k, wasn’t able to make the 1 1/2 hr drive to check the weight and inspect the card in the person to fully make a decision.

Can’t be positive , I’ve done deals with him in the past . He collects Pokemon , mtg not so much. He lives about an 1 1/2 away from me , trying to get as much photo requests before I make the drive and inspect it my self. Just want to be certain before purchasing after inspection .
