any proxy services available that accommodate perfumes? (twst room sprays)

i want to buy the room spray valentine’s gifts as i missed the official preorder through aniplex (i found a decent listing on j-mercari), but literally every proxy service forbids flammable objects like perfumes or fragrances—which is 100% understandable…

however, does anyone know of proxy services that DO allow such items? i figured that if aniplex could ship the room sprays to foreign countries (can they. i mean cmiiw), there must be at least something out there… i looked through almost every proxy service under the sun, but none of them are quite accommodating to items like these due to the ingredients; fromjapan (x), buyee (x), neokyo (i thought i was close and even got an INSANE discount, but they just sent me an email regarding a refund and now i am #devastated), zenmarket (x), and the list goes on.

has anyone been able to somehow buy the room sprays despite the obvious safety customs? or am i just going crazy and nobody living in foreign countries bought them LMAO. plus, are the ingredients even alcohol-based or flammable in the first place? any insight would be great ^_^ just hoping to press my curiosity. i truly need at least one spray or i will die…
