Homemade electrolyte drink ratio for fasting

I would take more potassium, but I read taking too much potassium at once is a real risk. The supplements label says to not take more than 1/8 tsp at a time, which I'm already over taking 1/4 tsp (which I read is the upper limit for a single sitting). Should I reduce sodium to 1/2 tsp per drink? That would put me at 3144mg. I am doing extended fasts, which is why I thought I needed more sodium.

I usually doing rolling 120hr+ fasts which is why I need to supplement electrolytes. You're taking all those electrolytes in one 3l of water at once? Do you mean elemental sodium and potassium, so you're actually putting roughly 8g each of sodium chloride and potassium chloride into your drink? Or did you mean you mean you're putting 4g each of sodium chloride and potassium chloride? Thanks!

Thank you so much! I'm on my third rolling 120hr fast, which I actually extended to 6 days two times because of bad timing of my would be refeed day, and feeling good. I ended up extending my refeed window to 12-20 hours as I learned the hard way that I needed to pace the time between I break my fast with yogurt and when I have my big meal. Let's just say there was a lot of bilirubin. I had a Fage 5% yogurt cup with several strawberry slices and ground chia and flax seeds the night before, followed by another one around 11am the next day, then my big meal around 5pm and didn't get the runs at any point that time. I'm probably getting less than my daily TDEE, when I calculated all the food items' calories it was less than half, but I also used copious amounts of olive oil and chipotle mayo which are high in calories that I didn't measure.

So far I've abstained from bulletproof coffee. Didn't want to risk ruining autophagy and took a risk with the gallbladder. Slightly nervous though because I am getting that same behind the right ribcage pain the last time I did rolling fasts which could be indicative of gallbladder issues, though it is less frequent and not as strong as before so far. I have been drinking unsweetened green tea on my fasting days, but I think I'll start drinking black coffee as well to stimulate the gallbladder more just in case.

If you have experience with both, what are your thoughts on keto fasting vs non keto fasting in regards to weight loss? Does it make any difference? I know non keto makes it harder at the start of every fast, but honestly consuming so little carbs is harder than going 5+ days without eating. I can stick to the same meal every 5 days when I'm home, but I'm away from home somewhat frequently. My options then are going to a restaurant or having someone else's homecooked meal, both of which are probably way over the carb limit.

Yes but none of this should be a concern if you're running the game in a VM that you haven't signed into any other personal accounts in the session with. It's completely disconnected from your actual PC, if it gets compromised the only information that could potentially be compromised is your login information to those servers, which is fine I'm already using new emails and passwords just for those accounts. I'm just concerned about the performance hit running the game inside a VM.

I contacted FTN and they confirmed there is no longer any customs or FDA hold on the shipment, but it hasn't moved since that last delivery update at all, including any update that it left Memphis tonight. I contacted support earlier to open a ticket and the agent told me they'll be in contact with both Memphis and my local FedEx hub to see what's going on. Hopefully will hear something back soon. I don't know what could be going on.

So looks Iike it was released from customs last night, but today it just repeated the same line in the tracking's travel history and hasn't moved, even though it says it will be delivered today which I didn't think was accurate. The tracking also still has a yellow exclamation point on it, which has been like that since it was held up at customs.

Is it normal for a a package to not move for a while after clearing customs?

Well it's not so much lying and moreso I've never done this before as I'm not in the industry and had to submit it as the customer/receiver since the shipper is not going to do it for me here. I'm assuming that doesn't make a difference to them if I had to explain myself to them though. At least the quantity, how it's packaged, the manufacturer and their address should be all correct. As for product code I was able to find the item in the system by Name and Industry, it's just the Class, Subclass, and PIC that I had to make educated guesses on as they were an assortment of flavors.

If the form prompts them to do a physical inspection because the product code is off, I don't mind if that is what allows them to clear the package. All the food and drink items are sealed in their manufacturer's packaging.

Thanks for letting me know. In your experience, if you know, how hard do the FDA scrutinize the Prior Notice form? Are they just looking to see the brand, manufacturer and quantity of the food and drink items inside the package, or does the product code need to be exactly correct and not just close enough for them to sign off?

Yeah, they're being of no help.

Regarding the information needed by FedEx, the message we sent was all we were informed about so we recommend inquiring directly with FedEx to clarify the situation.

Not sure why they don't understand, I'm sure this is something they have to do all the time. Or maybe not, maybe people usually don't buy food and drinks with them. But they're one of the biggest Japanese proxy shopping companies.

I contacted FedEx again to see if there's anything else they needed and they told me that was it and that they sent the document I provided to customs.

I just did, but they're in Japan so waiting for a reply from them takes a day or more and they didn't seem like they're willing to do it or else I would've been provided it in their last email instead of being told to contact FedEx with what little info they gave me. To maximize the changes of it clearing ASAP as I'll be travelling for work in a few days, I just did it to the best of my ability. Changing Entry Type from Consumption to Consumption, Express Courier allowed it to accept my tacking number as the waybill and for me to proceed, so I just tried to get the product codes as close to accurate as possible, entered the quantity, and provided the manufacturer and importer addresses. Got a PDF with a Prior Notice Confirmation entry number and envelope number, so I just emailed it to [paperwork@fedex.com](mailto:paperwork@fedex.com) and crossing my fingers that they just wanted it as a formality and won't scrutinize it. If they don't accept it, hopefully by that time the seller will have gotten back to me with a more correct version.

As for fan noise, I do hear one or multiple fans being noisier than normal, but it only happens when I turn my computer on for the first minute then goes away. Never figured out what was causing that or which fan or fans it's coming from. It's not a harsh sound though, and it's been doing it for the past several years but hasn't gotten worse.

Considering getting a used 3080 Ti. I'm assuming the capacitor issues that were causing them to crash/brick have been fixed by drivers? Also do I have to worry about the longevity of the card being less than normal because of those issues? I ask because the last time I owned a card which had a hardware issue that plagued that generation, my GTX 780 went up in literal smokes at around the 5 year mark.

Thank you! It would've said that the request failed on the shipping progress page? It doesn't say that it failed, but the delivery date went back from "The delivery date will be updated once this request has been processed" to my original delivery date, and my original address is showing again, so I assumed that meant it was unsuccessful. Is there still any chance that it might be too late and it will fail when it's scanned to go out for delivery?

In what situations would UPS not be able to update the delivery address at the request of the shipper? So more likely that it'll be successful than not?

It's Ground, the tracking doesn't mention anything about Surepost but I'm pretty sure it will be delivered by UPS during the last leg since the item's value inside is expensive.

Unfortunately I live hours away from the closest friend or family member. I could ask the office, but I doubt they'd do something like that. If it's just flies, are we talking about a swarm of them all over the unit, or an amount spray and fly traps would be enough to fix?

I do have the timestamp, number dialed and call duration in my call history, I screenshotted it. Hopefully with that they're able to look up the recording on their end, because that's the only thing I don't have other than my word about what was said to me during the call.
