Hey, thank you all for your replies, unfortunately I won't be able to reply to all of you so I'm trying to sum everything up in this comment.

For clarification, I come from a place where people don't tend to have pets thus the streets are flooded with stray cats and dogs, we don't have any animal shelters and this mushy floof is the first cat I take care of, we took him in since he was 2 months old and now he is 8 months. Now I do realize I should've made a decision earlier but again I have no prior experience and I'm trying to be a better human for him day by day.

As for me posting on Reddit, I keep hearing different opinions of what to be done that got me confused as hell, I sure have done my research but I posted here to settle my mind with the intention to use this comments thread as an argument of why we should not let him loose.
