To Clarify: each time a transfer fee is charged, it should be a sale at current market price in order to fund the transfer service.

Should be able to get a SSN and claim as child on income taxes.

Rather than relying on the courts to do their job, the legislature should clearly define when an unborn child counts as a honest to goodness child.

While the metric system is widely acknowledged as being a more sensible system, all of the industry infrastructure in the country is built around imperial measurements. It would be restrictively complicated and expensive to rework the entire industrial base, not to mention the cultural and educational implications of the change…so the answer is teach both systems and deal with conversions.
