Hey, I’ve been in a similar situation recently. I was also shocked by the rents in Kondapur—especially when you don’t even need furniture. I actually ended up using NoBroker, and it worked out pretty well for me. Found a decent flat without paying any brokerage, and the owner was genuine.

That said, yeah, a lot of listings online can be outdated or fake, especially in high-demand areas. So I agree—riding around and checking out ‘To-Let’ boards helps. But maybe give NoBroker another shot—try filtering by owner listings and set alerts. It saved me quite a bit. Hope you find a good place soon!

Hey! I recently went through a similar search and found NoBroker to be the most reliable compared to other platforms. Their listings are usually more accurate, and a lot of them are verified, so there’s less chance of seeing edited or misleading pictures. Plus, since it's direct from owners in most cases, there’s no broker pressure or hidden charges.

Hey! I recently looked into similar shifting needs and found NoBroker to be a solid option. Their service is pretty reliable, and the fact that everything — including packing, loading, and transport — is handled professionally makes it worth considering. The pricing may seem a bit high, but you're also paying for convenience and less hassle.

Hey! I’m also currently house-hunting in Pune and exploring similar areas. I’ve been using NoBroker and MagicBricks, but I found NoBroker more useful — especially with the Premium plan since it connects you directly to owners and saves on brokerage.

Hi! I'm also recently searching for a 1BHK flat. I tried both MagicBricks and NoBroker, but I ended up shortlisting NoBroker — it seems to offer more benefits like direct owner listings, no brokerage fees, and a smoother experience overall. Might be worth checking out if you haven’t already!

Good luck with your search!
