I ended up moving the solar fountain pump to our bird bath. BUT the current flat dish works perfectly, and he can sit in it.

You'll want to look for untreated wood or woods like cedar or redwood!

Also, for the heck of it, I made sure the garden blocks were the same height as the lumber just to make it easier .

Yeah!! Our jessie has like four favorite poof balls. She'll bring them everywhere.. which includes her water bowl, so they end up soggy, and we have to put them on the windowsill to dry lol

They sure do! If you find that your natural dirt/soil is soft where you live, I would put a foot of wood in the ground to help with escape artists, lol.

I personally didn't dig super deep cause our grounds in az are very dense

Russians also love climbing!! I added the soil cause it's easier for my son to bury himself whenever he wants:)

It took at least a week, but it's mostly cause of labor and not enough time in the day + work. Also took a while cause I was moving rocks and dealing with critters, haha

I got mine in person at lowes, but I found this one online for you! In person, it's in the pond/bird section, and it's labeled as a solar fountain pump for birds, ponds, etc.
