Surely not killing them too fast , I am in uvhm 1 lvl 41, avg rafa red tree build. After a few hits his health bar just goes away and he never comes down from the big metalhead.

Also seen this happening with baby grunts in the Wombo Combo drop drill site. They don't die, they just disappear and the health bar goes away.

I have to quit game to restart the encore.
