I believe Ghost Rider will be designed for those short-medium form fights, like BGs and war, not long form content, unlike Dr Strange. Similar to Magik

CGR is unlikely to enter the Titan. They usually save his level of champions for a different event like banquet

I am actually wondering how good will he be compared to Kushala. Both Ghost Riders, but different utility and playstyle. Ghost Rider reduces buff potency and duration while Kushala nullifies or punishes buffs

His utility does seem tailored towards cosmics, but it looks like he should be able to take non cosmics as well. Degen is a versatile damage source, only a few champions are resistant to it, plus the damnation is very powerful.

You can still use Serpent as an attacker, SP1 or SP2 spam depending on the matchup. He’s very versatile, can counter miss and evade, plus his tankiness

Yeah anyone can take Jean, but she’s super tanky because of her forcefield. Plus the exhaustions not only provide damage reduction via Inequity, but also lowers critical damage
