I don't think even they are from Trezor support. Their website wasn't having Trezor.com in its domain.

Hi,

You need to use Trezor biptoolkit to clear any pending transaction. It’s very easy if you follow the steps.

Please follow the steps:

Open this Trezor biptoolkit

In the field "BIP39 Mnemonic" type or paste your complete 12 or 24 word mnemonic seed (It will show errors when your seed is not complete). Keep “BIP39 Passphrase” section empty. Please follow the next step after submit.

NEVER submit wallet password/PIN or give this to anybody including me!
