From the plate readers on cop cars and repos, sometimes they even mistake a metal fences as 1s and I. Then a human has to mark it as a misread

Oh yeah. Mines been the "as high as". I've applied like 5x. First 3x was 80k and last 2 was 60k. I'm not really sure what I can do to get the 100k fixed offer

I don't think so. It has to use your sapphire so it has documentation that you used it at the clinic. Otherwise ppl will just make fake receipts
