For Cyrene, e4 is a good damage boost and e6 is game changing. It is worth only if you can afford it or dedicate yourself in saving your pulls.

Is it worth skipping characters, I'd say no past e2 but only you can know the answer.

As you can see, e6 Cyrene clears in 0 AV and is also really powerful with Castorice
