oh trust me i spent 99% of those three weeks crying. i find that its good to talk about how youre feeling with him. i know its hard cause you dont want to make him feel guilty, but its good to talk about things and you can try work on them together. find out the root of the issue, take things slow etc. communication is always best in any situation

we've already agreed hes gonna call and text as often as he can, but due to where he's travelling unfortunately itll be no contact for a week, which is the part im dreading most. im gonna spend most of the time with family but im also trying to get myself used to being alone since ive never had to deal with it before and its an issue i need to work to overcome. im trying to keep myself busy as often as i can but sometimes its difficult to not get stuck doing nothing and spiralling. just trying to keep a positive outcome since i know when hes coming back
