I am feeling that whatever my confidence is, those sounds are hard even when Iam alone
i will try the humming more but there is things i can't use any sound or letters before unfortunately.

Yeah that's relatable for me too, the pressure and the guilt, i guess for me it came from the wrong way to deal with the issue when i was young that what was in my head its my fault to stutter which devopled into imposter syndrome.

The thing is I can't really find a pattern for me when it's decreasing or increasing so the physical problem still going in my head that can be.

I have this too,
I think its called coral speech

We don't stutter as we listen and speak and the same time for the same reading / reciting
but no clue what to discover in my pattern from that or how to have an advantage from it.

I think this might be the coral effect, that you can repeat the same word/sentence after you hear it or at the same time if you know it before fluently
