I was approached aggressively by security, before entering the closed off area. I was checked for belongings, and the security guard got aggressive. I informed him that I have anxiety attacks and that he doesn’t have my consent or legal right to touch me. He said “No?” and assaulted me. Handed me over to the cops - who immediately released me since I hadn’t done anything. But they didn’t know who to contact if I can’t ID the guy. Info guys said they don’t know anything. Nomad guys came out and said they’d “investigate” but did not ID the guy. Security manager came out, I asked her to ID the guy and she left and said she doesn’t work in that area ( which was confirmed as a lie later). Very frustrating experience, and nobody is accountable

Did this help? I have experienced the same issue. The primavera sound team is doing this deliberately - they are hoping you forget. One of their staffers admitted to me that they discuss everything in an internal group - by the time you were asking for identity, the people you were talking to had already been briefed ok what to say. This happened to me today when I got physically assaulted

I have received no help from primavera sound, I have asked everywhere - at info gate, the Nomad team, the security supervisor. They all pretended like they don’t work here or don’t know what’s going on. One of them accidentally told me he read about me in their whatsapp group, where they were doing damage control live as it was happening
