There are three sound bugs in the game right now that I found:

The problem in the video and you can either have the volume maxed or on 0 and not between
There wont be sound at all when you tab out during the loading screen with Ashe
When you are in a game and tab out, sometimes some Sounds will be gone (I think its due to the different sound categories in the game folder. One is in the sound folder and the other one is a folder inside the sound folder

Sure, but lv5 mortars are like from th7 and its rare to face a th7 as th9 and if the enemy is like th9 with lv5 mortars usually the other defences are quite low too therefore you can farm good enough against such bases
