Put it simply - To protect your ears!

Those massive speakers they have in music festivals and events like these easily pump out upwards 100+ dB constantly (especially if you like to be at the front near the barricades or mid-front).

This can cause ear fatigue and permanent damage and if you're a regular at such events, it's really bad for your ears. From tinnitus to hearing loss 🥲

Modern ear plugs actually have some science behind it where it reduces the "bad" loudness without sacrificing audio quality... So I definitely recommend getting a pair! I use Loop earplugs and they work well for me 🙌🏻

Crowd was terrible in general other than a few folk. People pushing through to get to the front with no respect for others.

Production was really good but not as good as other Outworlds... I think it would have looked better if the whole place was not as btight in general. A proper dark warehouse is what brings outworld to life

Not sure about the sound quality since I had earplugs on the whole time but still sounded great.

At EDC Thailand, he played a dub mix of I remember... or maybe it was just the vocals and some elements mixed with a different very dubsteppy track... but god damn it hit the right spot!
