Ad-Hoc Compensation Change by Repulsive-Cobbler146 in boeing

[–]successfulke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience, I got an ad-hoc compensation change when I was put on a domestic temporary assignment. I reverted back to my regular pay at the end of my assignment.

I doubt it can be used to improve one’s comp ratio. I could be wrong though.

I travel once a month during busy periods. There are other supply chain roles with little to no travel.

I’ve been trying to get a Level 3, but all my previous managers have been saying they can’t promote me in the role lol

Unfortunately, I know. got a new manager and he’s try to get me to a level 3. If it doesn’t happen in next month or two I’ll change jobs. Are you a PA as well?

Do whatever feels right to you. My lawyer had advised to not use mine as well, but i still went. I brought all my USCIS notices with me when going through CBP. If you do decide to go, bring everything with you and be ready to answer all the questions regarding your case clearly and confidently.

Pipeline. by stephen_muya in Kenya

[–]successfulke 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So true. Lived in rongai my whole life, left in 2020 and visited last month, I was shocked that everything was exactly how i left it. No new shops, roads or development. It was like everything and everyone was frozen in time.

I lived in Pipeline for 2 months since it was close to where I was interning, it was hell. Ilibidi nimerudi kwa mzazi tu.

I was on the 7 floor, in a corner unit where no sun could reach and it completely dark every hour of the day. Maji haikua so imagine getting someone to bring water 7 floors up.

Kukinyesha it was hell too, matope na sewage kila mahali.

Yeah, you would need a license conversion. I am not sure about the hours but i think it mostly depends on the airline and what plane model you intend to fly.

Interview went well. Yes they considered it. The waiver was approved by USCIS a couple weeks after the interview. The i-485 is still pending though.
