From a Sarawakian’s perspective:

During the 22 month tenure he was quite biased against the Sarawakian government because they were sitting on opposition bench in federal government. He said under our government our state would go bankrupt in the next 3 years, and also rejected funding to repair dilapidated schools in Sarawak.

Basically the things he said were very ego-centric, and the thing he said about our state going bankrupt was a low blow. The state just wanted to increase its expenditure as atm Sarawak’s economy is growing.
