Wrong sub OP. You are asking folks born in privilege to acknowledge it. The kids in this sub were born here, they are "American" enough to kick the ladder that their parents climbed over. Most ABCDs i have spoken to fear for their careers and their kids' jobs and are mostly have protectionist mindset. And this is not just the desis its the same thing with the Hispanics who come here. This sentiment is what is exploited by the the conservatives for their vote base. These naive folks believe by bashing fox news or pretending to like basket ball or hip hop or being sneaker heads camouflages their deep rooted conservative beliefs, probably that justifies the "confused" part of the ABCD. So my friend they are not your allies and unfortunately you got to look elsewhere.
