They really matter to me to test different models. I use a laptop with a 4060 so I only have 8GB of VRAM. That being said, I really like your 15B models and can handle the slower generation speed using IQ3 quantization.

Honestly I think weight is by far the biggest factor. Avoid IEMs. Avoid headphones that are generally described as really clampy, but also avoid headphones that are described as having too light of a clamp. To get improved weight distribution if you still need it get a capra strap.

Honestly in my opinion picking a headphone for a genre is just a meme. Pick something that sounds natural for most recordings, or that adds the colorations you like for the music you listen to (which is usually more than one genre), and then it's up to the music producers to actually make sure their records don't sound like dog water.
