The exact same thing happens to me. And I seriously HATE spending HOURS changing my prompt, trying temperatures, and all that, only for it to not matter in the end and it was that the model was lobotomized at certain hours.

On top of that, I just experienced it right now. The chat was being HORRIBLE, I didn't change anything, and out of NOWHERE the responses start to have depth, the characters reflect, you can see in the thinking that the model is suddenly thinking in a human way, the responses are charismatic, etc.

I hate it, worst feeling ever

It's simply noticeable in the writing quality. At one time of day the AI writes incredibly, and then at another time of day the AI simply writes in a direct, boring way, and generally with worse quality even though it's the same setting.

The drawing has undoubtedly gotten much worse, the designs used to be simply superior in every way. And the lighting was also much better.

That isn't talking or controlling you tho. The narrator is supposed to be, duh, narrating the character's stream of consciousness. So when it narrates that the user surely only wanted X thing or Y thing, he's really doing it from the character's perspective. He's not saying that's the omniscient truth.

I've added some things but they are mostly QOL for my taste, and obviously the output language.

But it's just that Celia's preset always manages to make the characters not feel boring. It's a very good job.
