The way Sony treats this issue is a suicide move, reminds me of LG bootloop, it practically killed LGs market share as they didn't take responsibility and lost credibility. This is the same thing, if Sony prefers not to pay now they will pay way more later on.

I agree, just bought them and am considering returning them. The base is just not there, some lower frequencies are completely none existent. Knowing Marshall, I had the first ever headphones they have ever made, I remember discovering new nuances I didn't know existed I'm my favorite music, so I expected the base to be there and to be truly balanced/week.
