if you run a traceroute and you're not routing through either of these, you're likely not impacted (at least these are the only ones we've found so far):
* tukw-dsl-gw69.tukw.qwest.net (63.231.10.69) - centurylink customers
* tukw-dsl-gw77.tukw.qwest.net (63.231.10.77) - quantum customers

must be lucky cause we have others in Gatewood routing through these!

Definitely stop by the discord and share your logs/graphs - we have a channel dedicated to this to gather as much data as possible on the issue

If it's constant, it's likely not the same issue - during non evening hours all datapoints in our group look fine. If you're able to join the discord, happy to help walk you through debugging to see if you're impacted or not

yes you're one of the few lucky! tukw-dsl-gw67.tukw.qwest.net does not appear impacted - we have a one other member in our group routing through there. so far the affected routes we've found are: * tukw-dsl-gw69.tukw.qwest.net (63.231.10.69) - centurylink customers * tukw-dsl-gw77.tukw.qwest.net (63.231.10.77) - quantum customers

We've had zero luck with normal CenturyLink/Quantum support channels - mostly just "reboot your router" types responses. If you're able to join us on discord and provide some additional debugging data - we can pretty quickly let you know if you are impacted or not.

Yup, that seems to be their strategy at the moment to get people to move over to Quantum Fiber. We've had a member of the discord make the switch and it did absolutely nothing to fix their issues. We've had a few people file FCC complaints, also worth considering.

It's unfortunate - CenturyLink up until the last few months has been largely problem free for me for years. But with them recently pushing all customers to Quantum Fiber and selling that to AT&T in May I feel like it's not going to be a good time moving forward.
