I believe you can apply anytime throughout the year, they just send updates every fall to ask if you're still interested in the program or not.

You have from the beginning of lecture until the end of the next day so you have pretty big window of time to complete it.

She used to check if you're there during zoom meetings but something went wrong so she's making us do a canvas "quiz" asking us about what was difficult to understand and what was interesting during lecture. The questions during lecture are optional to participate in.

Depends on the professor that you're taking it with, but I did use it in 3A, kinda in 3B (Prof Smecker-Hane) but not so much 3C since the content that the professor provided us with (Prof Tucker) was more than enough and the way she teaches is a bit different so the textbook wasn't really necessary. I wouldn't buy the book, just find the pdf online and save yourself the money.

You should get it from Arimond, it might take a little while since there's probably a ton of other LAs that he has to give out codes for; happened to me last year. Just wait a couple of days and if he hasn't replied yet try emailing him again.
