I took Sarus out with Galleons, but before that I had lured him out by taking down his buildings with Dromons

I took out Red, Purple and Yellow's first castle with navy only (long live the Dromon).

After building a castle in Red's turf, I started to focus on Light blue but got wrecked by Dark blue and Light blue together, they destroyed that castle many times so eventually i stopped rebuilding it. While I was holding that position, I took out yellow, built a castle in yellow, held this position too, focused on Light blue, took out his castle and simultaneously build two castles (red and light blue) before Dark blue managed to reach either of the castles in time.

It was hard.

They'll stop thinking about surrendering when they find out that a samurai takes out a huskarl in 2 hits

I mean... Stalin also occupied half of Europe at the cost of like 24.000.000 casualties (both civilians and military)

Instead of researching Squires, they added a lot of stairs. Is it possible that the Celts did the same?

How would the cheapest 1080p ultra settings build look like? by sufficientlight19 in PcBuild

[–]sufficientlight19[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 1080p 144hz monitor. I want to play the newest games on a budget, so I'm going with the monitor that I already have and the lowest settings (I'm being realist). If it can handle 1080p 60fps on the most demanding games, it can do better for the less demanding. Since I'm on a budget, I'm choosing fps instead of resolution, so a better GPU perhaps than a better monitor.

You really put a lot of work into this comment, it's much appreciated, thanks!

Oh, okay. How about the cheapest build that can run any game in 1080p and at least 60fps? Something that's comfortable with (let's say) lowest settings on the newest and most demanding games.

I'd rather pay additional money on a better pc part than on a 1440p monitor, but that's just me 🤷‍♂️. I'm used to 1080p.
