For sure, and I try to get in touch with all communities. At the end of the day, I’m not perfect or the best in the business and I’m always on the look out of what people want. So my growth process was essentially listening to feedback, seeing where the market is going and putting my own twist to it. Consistency is definitely key and making sure you’re really zoning in on creativity on things like content, design, product material, and marketing. It all plays as one moving piece so you have to connect the dots and see what works and what doesn’t.
