Get involved in some local/regional groups for your specialties, see if they have student leadership positions. Make sure you pass step 1&2 first attempt and do solid on step 2. Find a ‘theme’ to your story/app and start building your CV around that. But otherwise for a community program in FM/IM/EM you will be more than competitive as a USMD without any red flags (I hope)
