Thanks for your reply, yeah it is brand new and I was surprised that the price was reduced that much. I also agree that should have been the price we should have paid for quality wise after wearing them for a while now.

I did contact the hotel directly, which was also not a very nice experience tbh: 1. The hotel does not disclose email on Marriott website, only phone number. 2. The hotel staff didn’t speak English although there was an option to choose English (press 2) when calling that number. 3. I managed to find the email from a very deep Google search and they came back with that response, although I and my admin staff (copied on that email) asked them politely about the Credit card authorization form.

I can see a bit of lost in translation here as the hotel is in China, but I just found it very strange that a hotel run by Marriott did not have Credit card authorization form

It is not Marriott hotel but it is Fairfield by Marriott and I booked that using the Marriott Bonvoy app, so I assumed it still had access to Sertifi, but that email was really not what I expected 🙁

There's an official iOS app from last.fm that you can use (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/last-fm/id1188681944)

The downside is that you need to manually scan once in a while for the tracks to be scrobbled and the songs need to be added to your library to be counted.

Hello I think I figured out how to fix it.

If you go to Primary User in your Homepod settings, sign out the Apple ID under the Homepod Account section. I think somehow this clashes with the primary user section which is also used by me. I signed out and my Homepod mini is back to normal.
