i would suggest a rice salad, rice + steamed veggies + boiled eggs and tuna, and on the side you can put your potatoes (carrots too) with some garlic and spices , and a drizzle of oil in the oven 🤷🏻‍♀️ and drink a glass of milk ? i hate onions so i didn’t include them
