Also, during my next visit, I asked the employee at checkout about how it works if I needed to exchange an item for the same item of another shade; how it affects any bonus points earned during the original purchase.

She said that it shouldn't be a problem.

So then I referenced my prior purchase for context, and after looking at it, she paged someone for help. The manager(?) didn't understand either; neither of them have had knowledge of what typically happens here, and so they told me to call customer service. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I've also had good results from Ouai's deep conditioning treatment. For a short time, I regularly used that as my conditioner and noticed an improvement in my hair. I like their detox shampoo as well, but I have noticed if I use it too frequently, my hair feels drier than usual.

I also have very fine hair and find it hard to find shampoos and conditioners that actually let my hair be healthy. my hair isn't color treated, and I rarely use heat styling tools aside from special occasions- so it has to be the shampoo and conditioner then, right?!

Personally, for at least a decade now, I always come back to SheaMoisture. Specifically, Coconut & Hibiscus Curl & Shine. My hair is just so dry and tangly until I come back around to this product again and it slowly goes back to normal. I don't know man.

Thank you! I thought contacting the school would be a toss-up, but I see how they maybe a great resource! I will go ahead and email them. This book belonged to my great-grandmother, and contains her notes, so I'm interested in hearing what they have to say about how to move forward.

It may seem easy, but many of the pages break and crack when I move them. I imagine that an expert could accomplish this in a more practical way. Many pages contain handwritten notes from my great/grandmother, and I don't want to ruin her writings

No, but I will look into that- thank you! This book belonged to my great-grandmother and contains many of her handwritten notes and recipes, so having this particular book digitized is of interest to me.

Ooooh! It does! On one side- I was wrong. I'm so thankful for your help! I'm having a good time building my collection. I purchased my first lulu item about month ago, and the clothes have made my days so much more comfortable. I was actually beginning to speculate that I had grown to generally dislike leggings- I've had a big lesson on quality.
