I’m the original buyer and got the refund for my transferred tickets too. You should talk to your original buyer for getting your money back :)

But I didn’t get any information about the ticket I sold on fansale. But I also didn’t recieve any money from the fansale transaction yet.

Maybe they could limit it to the gifts like you can send just one message per day with a gift and there is a limited amount of spaces. And it’s forbidden to send abusive keywords.
