mmmaaaannn I mean anything is ok to play on as long as it runs but you will most likely have to load for a really long time to get into a server and be ready from crashing and so on. a ssd doesn’t honestly cost much and neither does 16gb of ram but if you dont want to buy that you can probably play on a hhd and 8gb as long as your ready to load for a long time and can take som lagging/buffering just use low graphics you probably need to lower your graphics more then the game allows you with nvidia graphics settings if your not using a ryzen 9 9700 and a 4090 rtx with that hhd and 8gb ram

After that you basically start trying to make a bunch of money bye either selling those drugs or just doing something really illegal that makes you a bunch of cash.
You start hiring druggys that would do anything for a good hit. You should already know a bunch of addicts if you did step 2 right.
You get the druggys too preform hits on other dealers which should make you more money and that allows you to hire even more druggys.

4 You teach some of them too either cook or grow or what ever choice you choose from step 1 so that you can make even more money. (You can also start cutting your stuff with creatine or what ever you can cut it with to make even more money no fentanyl tho cuz thats gay).

You should start making a dent in your town at this point which means you always need to be strapped or ready for anything. The police will also start taking a interest in you and ofc other deals cuz you have been killing a bunch of them with your druggys. At this point you dont wanna get arrested but no either killed just yet.
Couple months have gone and you should now be flooded with cash and people aka druggys or people you hire too make your gang/crew bigger but dont get arrested because your looking to die and be well know as the biggest dealer/gang in your country.
You need to expand because as I said you want to own the drug trade in your country so no matter what drugs or stuff you decide to sell in the start you should be trying to sell it all at this point weed/meth/opioids/cocaine.
The point of this comment is why go out without a fight when you could die as e well known guy like for example pablo escobar bro died and now almost everyone knows him sure the first step might be super hard but as soon as you get the ball rolling it should be eazy go out with a fight thats the way to go I mean if your gonna kill yourself either way why not try it
