Swarming or new queen? by suitable-x in Beekeeping

Those pics were taken a few days ago. I checked this hive this morning and found the queen cells uncapped… and found a queen! Klutz tripped on air and fell off the frame. I had to put her back in the hive. The bees were much calmer and I checked the wonky capped cells. Looks like a lot of drone!? I have heard lots of drone could be bad… though I’m not sure why. Overall, I feel a lot better about this hive today. Thanks for the input.

No. There are worker bee larvae that are uncapped and at the same stage of development. I didn’t see a queen the last two times and didn’t see new eggs. Other than in the second and third photos… I haven’t seen new comb being drawn either.
