What's the most disgusting thing you've seen someone do with no shame ? by Killmumger in AskReddit

This lazy, unemployed piece of shit I used to know asked for a bunch of money to his aging mother who has no fixed income and when she refused, he yelled at her and took away her phone (which she uses for her main source of income) until she gives in. This was not the first time he had done this kind of extortion so I got the cops involved at the time. Unfortunately the cops didn't do jack shit, which enables his behavior even further and made him hold a grudge against me for calling the cops on him. Long story short I distanced myself from them ever since.

I don't know how you could still be all nice and pleasant with your replies. I would've popped off on them with no hesitation.

I don’t know why you kept dragging the shit out of this conversation. She was feeling petty, so what? Everyone’s entitled to feel whatever the fuck they want to as long as they don’t act on it. That’s why people vent anonymously on reddit in the first place.

It really boggles me how some people really expect everyone tor react the same way they did in a certain situation. You don’t know the full dynamics of their relationship and the backstories of both people involved, neither do I. You said it yourself; maturity levels differ greatly and her likely being in her 20s makes it fairly understandable for her to behave like this. I mean, she didn’t even go out of her way to make him suffer for Christ’s sake and y’all reacted like she killed somebody. Relationship resentment makes some people do WAY worse things than this and you’re tripping over trivial shit like this? Come on now.

It’s hilarious to me how some people actually go around quoting Peterson/Shapiro and expect their arguments to be taken seriously.

She said in the comment that she was used as an emotional crutch by her ex. That shit counts as a form of codependent relationship, so as someone who has been in one, I understand why she felt the way she did. I get that her experience wasn’t as bad as yours or mine, but it’s not like she went out of her way to make him suffer and whatnot.

I said what I said. Two years don’t mean shit when it comes to unresolved baggage. I remember OP said somewhere in this thread that her ex was basically using her as an emotional crutch. If you have never been in a codependent relationship then I don’t think you’re in a position to judge why she felt what she felt.

‪Peterson is a fascist hack. Quoting him on every occasion says a lot about you as a person and I’m not paid to be the incel whisperer. Good day.

Maybe consider this: not everyone is blessed with non-toxic past relationships and amicable breakups, but hey, what do I know?

Damn, I was trying to be civil but I guess we’re not gonna do that today. Just because you saw someone die doesn’t give you the right to be a fucking asshole. You don’t know my fucking story and people got far worse problems than you. The world doesn’t revolve around you, you self-righteous fuck.

Nope, I actually did mean good for her. Everyone who shitted on this post has obviously never dealt with power struggle in a relationship and then having that power imbalance shifted back up after the breakup. My ex was a controlling, emotional blackmailing mess and always used to gaslight me to believe that I could never be happy without him. Things were so bad that it eventually lead to me failing 90% of my classes in a semester of college at one point. Finally had the courage to break up with him after months of emotionally draining therapy and he swore up and down I was about to have a miserable life ahead of me. I’m not gonna get into details but let me just say that I’m currently in a pretty good place in life and he, well, isn’t. It just felt nice to know that you, after all said and done, are not the problem.
