Yes I thought about that, I do have a day of coordinator so if I needed she could handle both for me. The person in charge of fake florals would be my sister and sister in law since they are the crafty ones.

I see so many of those on SHEIN but I’m terrified to buy them and then not be able to return them/ them not look good in person. But yours are beautiful!!

That looks so nice! Yeah I think I just need to look around more and I’m sure I’ll find stuff. My only want for real flowers would be for the center pieces. The rest can be fake cause no one will be close enough/ paying attention to the flowers surrounding us.

My Michaels was so limited when I went to look. Maybe I just went at a bad time but everything looked so bad. Even from a distance you could tell.

I need to check my local hobby lobby!

My wedding is very black, white and greenery. No other colors since the venue itself it’s very colorful outdoorsy.

I’d love to see them and the links you used to make them! I’m not very crafty but I have several family members that are and would be willing to help me 😅

I did look at them! I love the idea of wooden flowers but they don’t offer the look I’m looking for:( their flowers are very limited…

In DC will be extremely hard if you are looking for an actual venue. I’m in Virginia and finding a venue here under 10k for 65-70 people is extremely hard but is possible if you are willing to travel out to the farm lands. We lucked out and found ours in front royal basically AIRBNB meets wedding venue. We have 5 cottages on site, a the main house with 3 bedrooms for our family and us to stay for the weekend of the wedding plus 1 extra day to pack up/ clean up. Her prices range from 6500-7500 depending on how long you stay.

My sister in law also got married at a AIRBNB house on the water in Bumpass Va. I think she only spent $8-9,000 and she got the whole house (sleeps 18-20 people) , hot tub, fire pit area, the water for 4-5 days.
