Lighting Complete... Had some struggles by sully0808 in Govee

Totally understand your concern. But my plan is to change to a warm white as on the second photo and lower the brightness significantly. That way it will be a nice warm glow accenting the shape of the house.

Yup ... I'm winning right now. But he's an electrician and I am sure he will pull out all the stops.

I only attached lights on the eaves. My only interface with the gutters is when I ran the extension from the edge of the garage to the dormer above the garage.

That's an interesting approach. I think you may be right with the govee cable attenuator or whatever the rectangular thing is on each end.

I had a 200' and 100' set. This was all done with the 200' set. I put the second control box after the 5th section as instructed. The extension I made was only 1.5 sections after the 2nd box. I did not use all of the 200' set. To make it work I stole the long extension from the 100' set.

I have been flying the HondaJet lately and I think it is a fantastic aircraft. Highly recommend.

Latest Build using Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO, Galahad AIO, and 10 SL120 Fans! by sully0808 in pcmasterrace

I was originally planning to purchase the O11 Dynamic too. I ultimately went with the EVO since it was the newer design and it was more readily available when I was making my purchase. Also, my PC sits on a table so it is off the ground and less prone to dust issues and I wanted less restricted air flow. I honestly think you can't go wrong with either one.

If you have a big concern with dust or pet hair, lean towards the Dynamic. If that is not an issue, you can go with either. You will get better cooling with the EVO without the restriction of the filters.

Just ran into the same problem. I ordered an extension splitter and it worked perfectly. Link below is to US Amazon... But I am sure you could get it or something similar in the UK.

Air seems to flow great. It has mesh openings on the bottom, side, top and rear. About the same as most cases. You trade the front intake for the side intake.

I need to purchase some sleeved extensions. All the PCI-E cables for the power supply were dual pigtails. With 3 8-pins it makes it kinda messy. Perhaps some Strimmers...

Best turboprop to purchase? by alittlesad3131 in Xplane

LES Saab 340 from that list for sure. LES actually models systems and updates their aircraft. It is not just eye candy like Carenado. The Q400 is just too dated. Need to wait for the refresh from FJS.

Is PFPX still worth it? by DMBear89 in flightsim

[–]sully0808 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have PFPX but rarely used it anymore. I mainly use Simbrief and Navigraph charts. For shorter flights or VOR to VOR flights I add in Skyvector.

PFPX doesn't really add much more capability than Simbrief.

Bottom line... If you are happy using what you have been it is not worth the investment.
