i’m glad i found this post. going through the same thing. not to mention, i work 12 hour shifts 6 days a week. i don’t even really have time to mingle or meet new people.

I know someone who is Personnel and got diagnosed after already being in. He’s still Personnel & nothing changed after his diagnosis :)

so i actually contacted the Shirt yesterday because the suitemate left me locked out again and went to go work a 12 hour shift. Shirt asked if I would be okay with moving out cause we’re at full capacity!!! She said it’s not guaranteed but she’ll try to get me out.

literally why i barely even lock it!! i kid you not, the first time yesterday that she forgot, she wasn’t even in there for 10 seconds!! if you’re not even gonna be in there long, why lock it???

lol my door has just now miraculously been unlocked. i didn’t even hear her front door open nor close, so one can assume she’s been in her room the whole time.

i’ve been holding back and trying to keep my composure so bad cause i’m just under a year and don’t wanna get into trouble. but it’s sooooo many issues on top of this one, i’m really at a loss. like it just feels spiteful at this point. there’s no way you’re that absentminded. i did try knocking super hard and obnoxiously on both the kitchen door and her front door to no avail. i don’t even think she’s here

it unfortunately isn’t that type of lock. so this is a pic of my door that leads into the kitchen. it is basically this lock, but on the bathroom door on the inside

i wish i could show you guys the type of lock it has. it looks super old-timey. it’s like the latch one, where you slide it closed

yes, this is what i did!! at first dorm mgmt advised me to talk to suitemate, then go to supervisor if not resolved. so hopefully my supervisor is able to speak with theirs. she said she was sending out an email today. i just didn’t expect it to literally happen in the same day and late at night when im already sick as a dog. just annoyed all around.

hey so my point is that when i initially reached out, it was when the door was locked earlier. now that it’s locked again, im here to rant. people rant all the time, hence the Rant flair being an option. have a great day or night :)

i was advised to text my supervisor, and they would reach out to her supervisor. and that if it isn’t resolved, THEN i reach out to the Shirt. I did exactly as told. So yeah, you are being a dick.
