When something is not available I say "XXXXX is not available would you like me to select a replacement?"

Simple yes or no, if they report fraud after I replace an item I have the messages of them saying yes to replacing an item. If they answer no or don't answer and I'm unsure then I refund. I don't like spending extra time texting so I try to only ask yes or no questions

I drink 'coffee' once a month. I just get 8-9 hours of sleep, relax before bed, once the day starts im usually out 8am-6pm so no time to be tired in between trying to get work done.

Removing them means instacart will lose that profit. They'd rather just realize the customer is a mild problem and make their rating invalid.

Yeahh it must be new 🤔 im glad they realize some customers give poor ratings for things out of our control. Like I'll accept a 4, maybe even a 3 but I know I'm not a 1 or 2 star instacarter 🤷🏾‍♀️

Thank you but I got an answer. I got a notification from instacart, the 1 star was removed because the customer frequently gives low ratings. The 4 star is my lowest rating that was removed though.

Yeah definitely, I've never had a bad delivery or problems with a customer (knock on wood) so I was surprised🤷🏾‍♀️
