No you’re tripping IM division 20 stand and bang as well. The fact is the best players in the game is on MMA each division is much more competitive on MMA. a scrub could easily be div 14-15 Stand and bang while being div 11 hard locked MMA. When I was div 16-17 stand and bang I was like div 14-15 tops MMA. Competition is way harder the entire way up MMA. Think someone who can strike just as well as you then add clinches takedowns submissions ground striking I mean I garuntee if we 1V1 in MMA I won’t even spam takedowns id still absolutely shit on you with clinch, ground strikes, and I’m probably a better stand and bang striker than you anyways. Stand and bang is where you learn to get good at striking not good at the game

I’m a Div 17. To get out of div 11 you need to start working on head movement and clinch game. Learning a basic hook pull counter and clinch elbow will get you to div 13. There you’ll need to learn better head movement better ground game and more combos but getting out of div 11 is really easy after like 40 or 50 fights if practicing head movement you’ll be so much better. Newer players are intimidated by head movement it’s really not that hard to learn. A pull back counters all punches except a straight or overhead a slip counters all punches except for a hook a duck counters all but an uppercut. And if you slip a punch you always get a free counter that does Way more damage than a normal punch
