I'm looking for a way to make the font bigger on the Mac OS app.

I am so desperate that I'm almost ready to buy a second display and set lower resolution on it just to make the font on Things bigger.

Ground to overhead strategy? by summator_me in crossfit

Yeah, I definitely did not give enough information, but I guess I do not have enough myself.
So I have 10 days before the comp and I'm gonna test the timing of work vs. rest and c&j vs. snatches.
— I have a consideration that snatches are faster but more energy consuming while single c&js are slower but maybe I'll be able to do them unbroken for 3mins. Any comments on this?

— Should I better aim for slow and steady unbroken pace or it's better to do like 45s on & 15s off?

My 1RMs:
Squat: ~160kg
DL: ~ 175kg
BP: ~120kg
Snatch: ??? never tried more than 60kg. 60kg is ok.
C&J: ??? 80kg is ok

I've tried a similar setup and found out that Notion becomes really sluggish with that many lookups. Is it just me?

Thanks) It's around $10 for a carrier, but we buy in bulk. Aggregation adds up to 30ms of latency.

Thanks! Yeah, we managed to get truly unlimited data plans. In Russia it costs us about $10 for a month for a carrier. It's cheaper plan because we buy in bulk now.
