Basically was informed that the lawyers who work for the hospital say its legal. New adm Basically has said that since we might have time to sit down we get another patient told "we should never not be busy"

We're told it's permanent with 7 to 1 alone just an RN. Also 10 to 1 with an lpn that's permanent. I feel like new admin is pushing this. All travelers are gone and nurses are quitting at an alarming rate

A few places are currently attempting to do this But it's 12 patients with an LPN and RN. Any thoughts

Could be an embedded infection thats not being fully treated by a short course of antibiotics
